\n\nMy WiFi-Connection with the Z2 PRO and all versions since the first release is very unstable - not only in my own network! Other WiFi-Devices (Samsung Tab, Huawei Phone and Notebooks) are very stable. Otherwise, the brightness sensor worked with 2018_09_14 perfect and now with 09_20 buggy.

This is very seriosly bug and if it is not resolved next week, and I will return my phone and will want a full refund. I'm sure other users will. This phone has a lot of problems and you need to tell your position whether the problems are software and can be resolved or the problems are hardware and can not be repaired. Please reply!

Basically for me it's like this:

20180830: microphone works
20180920: microphone does not work.

Any help would be really appreciated; the security and camera now work, but if I can't make phone calls I really have no choice but to send the phone back

You can change the channel in your router setup, but some routers aren't able to broadcast on a high channel. I still think they need to fix this issue because most routers in the EU can't broadcast on the higher channel because of regulations.

I know how to change the Channel but as you said i cant go higher than 140 with my current Setup.
And as said before, that cant be the Solution (and if its just for self-controlled Networks)

It is a temporary solution to make it work, I do agree with you that they need to fix it.

Thanks, but before I started experimenting with different versions the microphone already didn't work. I have had 20180823 (factory), 20180914 and 20180920 (in that order), and Google Voice ("OK Google") didn't work on any of them. I only installed a SIM after upgrading to 20180914 (the one that fixes the security and camera). It was only then that I found out that when I make a phone call I cannot be heard. Then I started trying things out, going back and forth between 20180830 and 20180920. Only in 20180830 does the microphone seem to work.

What a mess...  today I was travelling around and it appeared that NOPE dataservice works with LTE nor 4/3G after the format-SPFT- failure. Now, this handheld is completely useless until any Original nvram arrives, which is like „waiting for Godot“ ( famous theatre play ). What a pity... :-( :-( :-(
