Please test with different USB cable and charger. Also please switch off phone and test how long will take to be fully charge.

I've tested all of these ways, but result is thr same. I think charge controller is defective in this phone

Charging controller also controlling current flow under using phone so I am not suspecting issues there.
Please contact to seller for warranty support.

Also please perform factory reset and test. Before doing next step you can flash complet ROM with SPFT.

i tried factory reset, but result is the same.  
sometimes after restart charging becomes faster. but in normal mode, there is very slow. i don't know what the problem is with this phone

If you are able switch on phone please provide screenshot of about phone.
I hoping that you tested with different charger and USB cable together.

I've tested it with different cables and chargers.   
Unfortunately the phone has stopped charging , switched off and no longer reacts to anything

Does your phone switched off due too low battery level or battery still was more than 5%?
Please ask seller for solution maybe they offer to you phone replacement.

after connecting to the computer, the phone turned on. but charging still takes a few hours for 1%. following your advice, I tried flash complet ROM with SPFT.
but  flashing process didn`t get started. i tried press and keep pressed the power button of the phone. but flashing process didn`t start. i am really confused. why can this happen?
