The weird part is that everything will work fine and then it just bugs out, and the backlight always stays on when it does this. sometimes it forces itself to reboot although its pretty rare that it happens. Thanks for trying to help me out by the way.

Dear all,
I have few problems with my new Umidigi Z1 pro:
1) language in my phone is mixed. I choose polish but half of settings are in polish and the other half in english. Is it possibility to download some extra software to have everything in polish ?
2) I cannot download app from Play App Store. I tried but is keep going information 'downloading' but nothing happends. Do you have similar problems?
3) Finally I download apps (such as skype, news, gmail) from Umidigi Store and after few days most of them stopped working. Means when I want to open them I am getting notice - application stopped working. I clear data, reset phone but nothing helps. What should I do?

Unfortunately I am suspecting hardware issue.
Please "slap", shake, etc. phone and see does this still happening , also when is happening do same things and see does stopped doing this. If shaking etc help or creat such issues you have loose contact in phone.
Then you need contact to seller and ask for solution.
Also you can open phone but this will void warranty.
Otherwise is faulty screen.

i figured :\ unfortunately I bought it off ebay, the seller is trying to get me to take a $15 partial refund. lolnope. Thanks for taking the time to talk to me about it.

Did you get phone with this firmware or did you update your phone, and if yes how have you done this?

Hello, on my Umidigi S2 I tried to install Android Pay, but Google says that it can't be installed because my device is rooted, unocked boot loader or running custom ROM. To mention, I did not do anything with OS on my phone.
Also, in Google Play under Settings/device certification, it says that device is uncertified, meaning that it can't be trusted.
Any answer on those two questions?

I need a help with my umidigi s2, I put it to use password lock, since last night I started to have digit password problem that I have custom use always in my android devices and it is going wrong! I am unable to use my cell phone ... does anyone know any way to reset my smartphone or even need to enter the password to unlock? because it is the only solution in my view !!

Try with combination of Power+Volume + and - to make factory reset. But, on startup I think you will have to log into your google account with the same password.
That is Google security measure if someone stole your phone and try to use it. Or, you have to flash it
