Poor signal and slow data and WiFi

Distribution of Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi modem) is fine all day yesterday share their mobile Internet with my wife, there were not any problems. Wi-Fi module works fine, without interruptions and errors. But the wifi reception, constantly overlapped and off. Bought in the online store https://gearbest.com/ because in Russia, they are difficult to purchase in the store. I use more than two months and I think there is no point in referring to the seller.

Please activate hotspot in your S2 and try share Internet to your wife mobile and check does Wi-Fi modem working correctly with this signal direction.

Here on these settings, the gadget worked in modem mode 11 hours. The range of purity of transmission does not change anything. In modem mode, the phone works fine.

So is looks like be software bug.
Could you please flash complete ROM with SPFT.
