Be honesty to you is not easy fix device remotely.
I don't know what have you done with your device and I can only guessing between provided informations.
This is very strange that you can't get network on one of sim slots.
Please again follow step by step my previous advices and let me know.

Can you explain to me how disconnecting the battery can bring back the network ?

Because phone contain build in battery some of motherboard components are constantly energised. When you disconnected battery you will reboot hardware.

Hi again. The fact of the matter is that everything is done according to your instructions. IMEI is restored, Wi-Fi too. But the phone does not see the network.

In another device, this sim card works. Happened after the firmware with formatting UMI S2 device. I believe that you need an image of nvram.img, do you happen to have it?
