Umidigi S2 won't start

I have the same problem.. and the phone is in bootloop mode....
i try to flash
20171027 - 20171108 - 20171123  Firmware but the phone is always in bootloop.
.......I wrote to gearbest for refund my money.........
This is my first UMIDIGI.... but not the last, because i have another S2 (black) incoming.

Did you use firmware upgrade option on SPFT???
If this don't help please use format + download.
Then you need restore IMEI number with SN writer which is here.

I try on two computers ( xp 32 bit  and win 8 64 bit )
can you tell me how i can find an older firmware for my s2 ?  i try to download the 2017 19 22 release, but rar file  from mediafire is corrupted.......

Hi.
to forum admin o admins, this is supposed to be the forum support for Umidigi products, so why can't new members open new thread? i have technical issues with my phone and i want my thread to be seen by others, Umidigi support or users with the same issue, maybe i cand find a solution. how can i do that please?

Check other threads and find closer to your issues and write there your opinion /issues. Also you can write questions /opinions /issues in ROM section under your ROM version.

Hey i'm having troubles aswell. My phone died of the batery going to 0%. But now it wont start, reboot. After 2 hours and trying to boot it keeps saying 0%. When i enter the charger is my pc usb i keep hearing the sound of connected/disconnected. But the red light on top of the phone does turn on when i connect it to the charger. Have the phone for 2 days now... First time it's ever gone off. Any ideas? Dont have any other charger for it . Is perhaps the powercable loose from the battery? Is there a way i can open it? Have experience with repairing a couple of phones though.

Edit: the charger worked perfectly yesterday. Also when i connect the charger i sometimes get to see 0% and very rarely see a split second a screen that looks like its charging. Holding the cable in any way doesnt matter. Also tried it with the protector off.

You should swap USB cable, and connect any other standard charger 5V, 1 or 2 A. Charging will take way longer but you should test this first.
