Hi all,

I received my UMIDIGI  S2 a couple of days ago, ordered from gearbest..
First, let me tell you how bad my experience has been with gearbest..
Communication is totally abstract.. You ask for info, they reply with "copy/past" pre-written "answers"
that have nothing to do with what you are asking.. In other words, they avoid answering..
Operators are totally unexperienced IMO
Opening a "ticket" for an info is totally a joke..
Then add communications from europe to china, and here you loose another day for an "answer"..
... Let's go on about the phone ...

The camera is a piece of junk.. SONY 13mp + 5mp???  Where???
The pictures are horrible to say the least.. Pixelly, blury, let's not talk about "low light" conditions...
Yeah, a complete disapointment..
The phone(y) is overall alright besides the camera..
Fast, no laggs, compatible.
..Although I did not try the GPS yet. Hope it's not another downer..

The battery does last 2 days.. heavy use (as all of you when you just received your new device)
However, I am about to buy a proper SAMSUNG S8 with christmas offers around the corner.. Whish I had done it before..

My advice? umidigi s2 not worth the trouble.

I also tried different camera apps, but that doesn't make any difference. Camera resultst (pictures, movie is okay) is still crap!  

Still, when the camera gets better I would absolutely love this phone. However, nowadays the camera on a phone is so important..

\n\nHi, I've received this morning my Umidigi S2 and I saw the first problem with camera.
In the upper right part of the photos there is a "white comma" error that I think is a cmaera Fault or error.

Anyone can say how to solve problem? Or I should ask for an Exchange?

Sorry can't help regarding the coma on your pics.
Just take it as another among many issues on this phone's camera.
This phone is a cheap piece of junk
