Still no response for me too. Currently I am on vacations but as soon as I return, I will order a battery from Aliexpress. I think that UMIDIGI doesn't care about this issue anymore. Thanks UMIDIGI for the great support!

Unfortunately the sellers AliExpress navigates on the fact that UMIDIGI has problems with the battery of the Z and inflates the prices, the batteries were around 11 - 15 € here one is almost a more than 20 €

It is mainly the fact that imagine, I buy the battery, and not a miracle UMIDIGI responds that the batteries are shipped, I do what I do, not only I find myself with two batteries and in addition I would have lost the ' money....

So if it was possible Mr UMIDIGI to have an accurate answer!

Forget about getting any response about this issue and get new device because battery is costing me for 135$ .

20$battery + 115$ courrier cost.

I will perffer to buy a new device .

UMIDIGI people put their effort to send us advertisements about new products only ignoring the problems we face with the already sold ones. Unfortunately, I regret preferred a UMIDIGI product.  At least they should send as a negative answer and not no answer at all. The whole issue handling it's a shame for UMIDIGI and this has nothing to do with the resources they have or not. It's a matter of respect to their customers.

Just to note that there is a local UMIDIGI office here in Greece. They didn't even offer me a free of charge repair from the local office although the local office advertises in its site a battery replacement.
