I don't know about the complete list of bug fixes carried by the next update. I was navigating through 955 km with a Z Pro a few days ago but I experienced some uncertainty only once after getting out from a very long tunnel on the motorway.
It still can be a software issue at you if earlier you didn't have such problems.

I have to say i have alot of problems with this phone as anybody else. But never had GPS problems..

Luck you..... It very very bad in my case, gps miss my position whit up to 30meters most of time, in both android 6 and 7 same thing

Try installing mt GPS.

GPS locks on fine but on strava I get a lot of straight lines when running

To use GPS, is good to switch off WiFi.
