Hi Ben,

two years ago there was a forum related to the S2 Pro where there was a common solution...  I just found it again at Archiv.org.  People had the same problem.

Hi Ben,

Haha, that's funny. Somebody faked an earlier version of this same thread here, written for Android 8.1 phones. The TEE partition was implemented first in Android 8 phones but the S2 Pro is based on Android 7, so there's no way I could write anything like that in the article that you shared. And anyway my memory is not that short, I'd remember, of course. You can see that the post time is exactly the same as in this article. Post time 2018-2-9 09:50:25

Hi Ben

Is there a way to recover the tee partition (and thus resurrect a dead fingerprint reader) on Umidigi F1 Play (EU version)? I've flashed the entire chip because one night in May my phone started rebooting and got stuck in a boot loop from what I believe was a botched OTA update. This was the only way to unbrick the phone (flashing only the ROM partitions did not help).

while flasching the One Pro to GSI Android 10, I also did the needless format.

So I´m arrived here and really wondering about the situation.
How can Umidigi place the fingerprint sensor ID only in the device memory and does not provide any solution to restore.


Can anyone confirm the fingerprint sensor is also working under Andriod 10 Q?

Bonjour pouvez-vous donner fichier de demande gratuitement parce que j’ai umidigi un pro depuis 2019 et je voulais mettre à jour mon téléphone avec mon ordinateur parce que je counldn’t mise à jour sur mon téléphone et sans exprimer dois-je fait format tous + télécharger. Je ne savais pas quand son format aussi puce flash format. Après j’ai essayé de trouver mon scanner finingprint en remettant mon IMEI 1 et 2 et MEID original, mais ne fonctionne pas. Aujourd’hui, j’utilise Face id, mais le scanner fingprint est verry grille et mieux que face ID dans la sécurité et plus rapide. S’ll te plaît, c’est ça.
