Is this new Build of Cyanogen on 4th December 2016 compatible for 4g SIM?

yes 4G sim works. Does not work directly with Volte, I installed this ROM and then tried to edit the mysql DB to set the volte flag. The entry itself is missing in the mysql table for the volte flag. dialing *#*#46436#*#* and going into phone info, does show switch off volte flag but it doesnt work as the support for this needs to be done in the ROM source(Again my knwoledge on how to do this in source is very limited).

Anyways 4G sim works , if you are using JIO then you need to use the app(Jiovoice) to make and recieve calls.

Even i did everything what you have explained me but i could not get JIo 4g working
I tried both Sim slots and APN proxy settings but it is showing as cannot connect to Network.

Did you try Jio in your phone?
I DID NOT GET JIO SIGNALS ITSELF TO MAKE JIOVOICE WORK.
Faced the same issue with Provisional flag and even i did not get it in SQlite Editor.

Jio works with stock Rom and CM, the signal is unreliable in both. This is not neccessarily an issue with the ROM itself, because even on Volte enabled phones the signal fluctuates(tried it on Intex/Yu). It is 100% stable on the LYF handsets which are anyway JIO handsets. This conclusion after several weeks of testing. I had flashed the UMI ROM and that ROM was  able to lock Jio signal much better than any other ROM. Till volte becomes available you might want to try it. Also needless to say flash any ROM at your own risk !!!

\n\nOkay but i think there is some Problem with QCN Restore because i used it which was uploaded on the Internet by someone.

When i was using stock Swipe elite ROM i was able to get  Jio working.i wasnt able to backup  QCN at that time and now my phones goes to bootloop if i try to revert to Stock swipe ROM.

So any ideas of how to get JIO working in my phone for now??

\n\nLets see whether that is gonna work because the only thing i doubt at right now is QCN restore because i tries a lot of times getting Jio in CM settings but nothing worked actually.
So please send me the QCN Backup of yours if possible so that i'll flash the whole thing back from UMI ROM and reinstall CM .

Could you guide me how to enable Volte in your ROM. Is it just replacing the modem.img? I recoken not but just wanted to check.
I am willing to test if you have a patch available

BY THE WAY ANYONE PLEASE SEND ME 4g QCN OF JIO I used a backup QCN to restore in my phone but it restored only 3g signals.
4G not working. Iwill restore the Qcn which you will give and try.Hope it works.
