I won a UMi eMax Mini at the Christmas UMi giveaway and it has software and hardware problems, so I don't use it any more!! Also, you gave me a coupon for Amazon, to get free earphones from UMi, but Amazon doesn't send anything to my country, so I lost the free earphones, because I could never order them!! Horrible experience and if I win this, I can't wait to receive a broken UMi Touch too!
