So all the owners of UMI Z, have a terrible ROM, we can't even use Facebook or Whatsapp, because it keeps crashing, UMIDIGI don't release their source code for custom roms, and you guys say "Won't release any Intermittent updates", we aren't asking for nothing unsual, we only want to use our phone, our $249 phone, without problems and crashing everytime. It's a shame. I believed this phone, i believed this brand. But now i know, UMIDIGI is a joke.
This is so sad for us who have the Umi Z. I have being waiting for the final update to fix all the problems since i think like 3 or 4 months. It is so bad from Umi doing this to us. I am so disappointed. Yes we have almost the last android version but it has a lot of problems. I prefer to have a lower version of android more optimized than the last version full of bugs and so bad optimized. I think the optimization of the software is the key for a good phone.

In recent concerns about KRACK attack on WiFi WPA2 protocols, are we going to get hotfix for wpa_supplicant ?
Sorry but first Google should release such a security update but that will happen only in November. This issue is not more serious now than before.

Guy i have made an analysis of Umi update schedule for it's all models and found a shocking results, Longest support time period found for Umi Iron Pro (Lucky) 14 Month of after release . And average found for all models is about 4 to 5 months , it means forgot to get new update for Umi Z & Z pro.
