I dont have network drops More. Stable network. From this 2 links i have the best taken for network. Speed. Battery and many More. You must try. Not all works.
I use build prop tweaker pro APP. You can DL my build.prop and look what i have changed. I hope it help you.

So I just have to copy the very long list of "commands" and paste it on the bottom of my build.prop file?

No. You must look that you have and what not. I dont know if it works when you copy and past all my settings. You can try it

well, I copyied your build.pro, and after I restarted my phone, I doesn't have any signal, it said: No service. So I restored my original build.prop

That is what i sad. Look what i have change and does it. My phone works. Or try from other side like xda the tweaks.
