I got my Super's battery swelled 1,5mm in thickness and it pop out display from low left corner. I changed battery and now it's working fine. Swelled battery cause overheating and bad function.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. In older Android versions we were able to look at different parts of the phone to check if any of them contained the battery info we needed. In Android 7 the security has been changed so the workaround is no longer possible. Now the only way left to get the battery info is via the official battery manager API. This is the usual location and works fine on most devices, unfortunately your device manufacturer hasn't implemented this or hasn't implemented it correctly on your particular phone model.

We would need the battery information to be available under:
BATTERY_PROPERTY_CURRENT_AVERAGE
or
BATTERY_PROPERTY_CURRENT_NOW
https://developer.android.com/reference/android/os/BatteryManager.html#getIntProperty(int)
When calibration fails it means the manufacturer didn't store the information there. I would recommend that you check with your manufacturer if they are willing to improve on this for future releases.

Kind regards,

Chad

Hello, I have an Umi Super V7.01_20170308 and when I click on the phone to look for updates it says that I already have the last version. Why?
Why it doen't get the V7.01_20170607 version?

There's the only option? All the other updates I get from "traditional way"...

Hi, I still have version 6 of android. In settings-Info-Firmware Update there is the version number: UMI SUPER V7.01_20170123.
If I download and install this version, must I download and install all the others or only the last (Super V7.01_20170607)?
