hey i found it after a search! google certificate had to reflash with snwrite tool i made it umactive on top screen has finaly gone! everything seems to work fine thanks

Hi umidigi admin,
By mistake i flashed the memory of my umidigi one pro, i just recover the IMEI with the SN write Tool. Now i'm trying to get the archive thh.req, but i get stucked in the message "Wait soter" and can't get it. I just tryed disconect and connect again the phone, it enters on meta mode, but get stuck. Any help?

Oh i didnt saw that its a paid service now,thats why i had no reply lol.I will pay tomorrow with a friends paypal i guess cause i dont have one,sorry admin didnt even read the whole post during my stress of missing my fingerprint.

I am in UK I brought a umidigi A3 pro about 6 weeks ago the was fine till about 3 days ago the phone suddenly crashed and would not pass umidigi boot screen kept going in a loop i flashed it ONLY USING DOWNLOAD MODE on sp tool i had to flash it about 3 times before got phone to come back on and now fingerprint not working and both simcard slots are saying the same IMEI number and it does not match the one on the box now and every now and then phone keeps restarting i have emailed ben@91umi.com about 4 times now asking if he can help or point me in right direction for help but i just keep being ignored by him so can someone help me please
