try through TWRP Recovery, remove all that is possible to do a full wipe, and a micro-sd install the firmware 1.6. If this does not help you then just died your microphone, there is no alternative.

Hi, I'm a little off , in which mode you need to change settings? In normal mode, whether in all modes? Thank you for the advice.

if you need to correct a microphone and a speaker for talks, it is only normal mode

My mic was not working before i tried this so no.  Have contacted umi and they say they know of the problem
