You've attached the links of 6 videos. Other tens of thousands of devices are not affected, not reported. Personally I have a UMi Diamond here in hand and other two friends also have this model used as everyday devices working without any touch screen issues. So if it's a system software related issue, how is it possible, on a majority of devices running the same software, no such issues can be experienced?
Unfortunately each device with such defections should be checked and repaired separately, you cannot expect a general solution.

Sorry but an Android 7 upgrade for Diamond is not planned.

Once I discovered a backdoor on the system file the only thing I could do is to flash the ROM. I have followed the instructions you provided precisely and the download process is finishing successfully but once I disconnect the phone and try to switch it on I found the phone not switching on anymore. Keep the power button pressed for 10 seconds. Do you remember which version you had installed before flashing your phone? Are you shure your battery is charged up?
