Hello.
I have bought UMIDIGI Z Pro 4G Phablet from Gearbest.com at 29.03.2017. At December I have put the phone to charge it and it was open. After one hour and a half that I came to take it, the phone was closed and I couldn't open it again. I tried to restart it, to charge it, to connect it with my PC but nothing worked. I have contact Gearbest.com to find a solution because the phone has warranty. Their idiotic and unbelievable answer was:

What I should do? I bought a good phone from a freud internet company that aren't capable to repair it and they ask me more money to send me a new one. Why? What Umidigi company is doing? How they give their products to such fake companies? Is there anyway that Umidigi can repair my phone or make Gearbest.com idiot employees to repair it?
I am sorry for the language I use but I am very angry with Gearbest.com
