White line on the screen

My was also build on 5th Jan 2017 and has the line on the screen. I think the date has nothing to do with this, it is just quality control.

Mine same date. It seems that there are many phones affected by this issue. Very very bad for UMI.

Same for me it's even worst than shown in the video I have 2 big stripes

So disappointed, I will cost me a lot to send back the phone to China

I have the same light bleeding issue at the bottom of the screen, and I saw it on many reviews
it seems a hardware issue

Where to purchase this anti-fingerprint oleophobic solution?
To be honest, I had this "issue" with my previous Samsung Galaxy A7 2016 with gorilla glass screen protection. It could be noticed as the oval shape at the middle of the screen.

I have the two lines in the same position with the same shape, so it is clear it is a problem during the manufacturing process. I contacted to the seller, but I had to pay for the shipping to China, so I decided to use a screen protector to "solve" the problem.

UMI doesn't do a correct quality check. UMIDIGI Z PRO is made after the UMI Z and they have the same problem.

Yes i have same problem. And put one screen protettore buyed in aliex**ess store
