Hi,

When can we expect an update for the Umi Z?
The current issues are really annoying. Like:

- Battery drain
- Slow fingerprint response (umi plus E is way faster)
- Bad camera performance

Hi,
It's not about your phone but about your google account. Go to google account recovery to retrieve your password.

Hi
Please press power button until phone switch off (around 10 seconds)
Then switch on device and perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
And try update again.

About Google account password if you don't want retrieve password for your old account you can always open/make new account.

I have the following problem:

I was downloading the firmware update from my Umi Z and unfortunately I disconnected from the Wifi during the process, now when I click on "Update now" it closes the application and returns to the previous screen and I can not update.

The last update caused the fingerprint to stop working, in the fingerprint configuration option it is labeled as "Fingerprint Hardware Not Available". Before the upgrade it worked perfectly.

The appliance has a week of use.
The version of my android is UMI Z.V3.01_20170116
