This can be due to impact to this places or excessive pressure from under screen or overheating to this spots. This phone is not getting hot in this areas during heavy using or charging.
Firstly open phone and check for battery expansion. Of course this action will void warranty.

I contacted customer support of seller and this is their answer:

"We will forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. If the phone problem due to physical damages and damages caused by incorrecet usage, you need to pay for any cost inccured during the process of repair".

And here comes predicament. I am pretty sure I never dropped the phone on the floor or anything else what may caused this screen stains, the manufacturer can just say its my fault I will must pay unknown price. If the price will be more than 22€, and I am sure it will, I will have to pay tax and duty. Just because of awesome laws of this country. Is possible these screen stains can expand and make the phone unable to use?

If you have invoice of customs charges paid already for this device you can't pay second time. Before sending device you can contact to customs and ask for this also ask what you need to do to prove this as you sending device for repair or replacement and you paid already taxes etc.

If I were you, I would stop using this phone.
Have you heard of exploding batteries ? If yours keeps on expanding, that's not good at all, and potentially hazardous !!!
Just turn it off, and leave it in a secure area away from you.
Don't charge it any more !!!

I send them message to resend me delivery address. So I must use my Lumia for 6 weeks at least
