uih, that is really bad to hear..
it was one of the main creterias for the UMI Z to have a Nougat update in February/or sooner than summer.

Even my OnePlus One is running on Nougat.. ok with LineageOS, but it smooth an fine...

It would be nice to have 7, but as a first step, it would be great to get a 6 ROM with all the bug fixes that mentioned in this forum.
Then they can migrate all this fixes to 7 hopefully.
