Sorry guys, it supose to be my second UMI.....



I bought a UMI Plus E, on ALiexpress Official Store, and my phone is in costumes for clearence....



All I need is an Invoice, that UMI, wont send me... with outit I cant clearence the phone...

There's is already an open dispute.... and this guy (  zouxiaojiao@91umi.com ) from the Umi Official Store, is just joking arroung sending me fake invoices, that I cant use....





Already tryed main contact on UMI website.... dont work... skype, they dont replay.....

Better don't buy... you're correct... there must be some occult behind the stupid noob price ; my 4G is not even working it's just a bored-disguised AF stupid icon there , REPORTED UMI!!

Unfortunatly, I already spended my money.....  I need to wait this to be solved...
I'm tyrying to seed if anyone at UMI, cares about and help to solve this..

Unfortunatly, they are more concerned in blaming me for no have the invoice, they are responcable to send me... or anything else, then make an unappy costumer into an happy one.....

And your are right.... simply dont buy... there are a lot of brands in the market, that work way much better than UMI.
And most important, they care about there customers.

and invoice should include imei ... here in belgium they blocked my phone and ask me to provide probe it's mine after i upgraded firmare that brought imei number to 11111111111111...and 2222222222...for dual sim
that's clearly way to discredit chinese brands disturbing the market of big names selling in stores at high rates over here

We never experienced missing IMEI numbers during updating (FOTA /OTA).
Please use SN writer to restore your IMEI numbers and copy IMEI numbers from box label.

You probably got confirmation emails of your purchase.
Usually, links to ask for or to download invoice is mentionned in this email.
If not, most internet shops are providing such links on the "your account" or "your orders" page...

I do not know the laws of your country, but send the proof of payment (such as your credit card bill, PayPal receipt, or anything else that shows how much you paid). Also send screenshot of your purchase details on AliExpress. This should be enough for the Customs to judge your request. Good luck!
