If this not help you should change option in SPFT from firmware upgrade to format + download and restore IMEI numbers with SN writer from this link

All this explanation which you provided making me to suspect that your battery has some fault caused probably quick voltage drops and system then shutting down it self.

i don't think that my battery has something rong i don't have time now to do all what you suggest and i love nogate it has a lot of adventages

Hey, I had this problem with my super. It worked perfect for a year, and one morning it shut down from 90% to zero. What to do?
The day after I did not use it, have a One+One which do the job. After a week I charged it for 12 hours. It was SUPER again. No problem anymore.

Hi,
I also have the same issue.
Although installing the latest version: V7.01_20170308, the same issue is still occuring.
Sometimes it shuts down even when the phone is idle and not being used.

Hope someone knows any solution for this issue.

Latest version is 20170607..http://community.umidigi.com/thread-11330-1-1.html.make sure to do a factory reset before flash and do a firmware upgrade. Good luck with this

Dear Wooley,
I have downloaded the suggested update but it didn't work for my phone where an error appeared during the update process.
Also i have tried to force the update from the android recovery, but an error was faced due to mismatch in the build of the fingerprint between the update file and my phone.

Please do you have any idea when a formal update will be launched for the UMI SUPER?
