Hi
Here is SPFT instruction
http://community.umidigi.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=11

Hello,

Thanks for your answer.
I already tried what you suggested but still the same because the computer doesn't recognize my phone. On the step to connect the phone, I did it, but it's like I didn't.
I tried both options that you gave me and any bar appears, even the red (for download only) or the yellow(for format+download) on SPFT.

Any other suggestion?

Thank you

So I am afraid that you have only one option, contact to seller.
I saw in other thread that somebody dissemble phone and found poor contact between battery and motherboard. Of course this will void warranty.

I believe he was asking whether the phone reacted to being connected to the charger, not the computer. I take it you have not been able to turn it on, right? Have you tried another charger+cable? This is simply to isolate the problem.

On the computer side of the equation, have you previously installed the MT65x3 USB VCOM drivers before connecting your device?

The phone doesn't react when I connect to the charger. And yes I tried a different one, charger + cable. It was the first thing that I did.
And yes I installed it before I connected my phone.

Hi there, same problem here!

My UMI Super just died...

My UMI Super came back to life, then it died again, and now it's alive again but I don't know for how long...
I think it's a battery issue, because early this morning it was fully charged. Then it switched off for itself.

After several tries it switched on but the battery was 17%... now uit's charging.

Do you think a factory reset will do any good?
