We don't know is he solve his camera problem.
I adviced him to use older ROMs and SPFT.

UPDATE: yesterday I turned off the phone and full charge it. Today i opened the phone and the camera works for the first time.after that it did not open again.I believe that something goes wrong with the ''flashlight'' apk

but as the phone is not rooted i can't freeze it in order to confirm that problem.

Hopefully we will get another update soon.
If this update not help in to you case then probably you have hardware problem and you need contact to seller for warranty.

ok,i will wait.On the other hand if the problem is ''hardware'' then why after full charge or after hard reset the camera works for the first time use?

If system diagnose fault in hardware could deactivate faulty hardware to not damage other components.

There could be high current drain/flow due to camera, or flash unit interior failure

I hope that the problem is only ''software''.It is not easy for me to send again the phone to china (in case of warranty).too many days delivery,customs,e.t.c.
if i had the ability to disable the ''flashlight'' apk , i will be able to see the problem better.
so i think that the best solution for me is to wait until the next update.
