I have the last version. So I tried the last option: reset router. Now it seems to work...I hope It will continue to work

I thought that you checked all options which I proposed.

I am having same problem with my Umi Plus E, I tried the above as suggested but same problem as the WiFi drops connection intermittently. I thought the problem was with my home broadband but same problem occurs when I connected it to my work WiFi, In some cases I have to re-start the phone to get it connected to my broadband.  My current update version is V3.01_20161227.

I know it sounds like a broken record but I have the same problem the only proof I've got is this video I posted on YouTube https://youtu.be/CjgTlGtg4Ng  I compared it with another Chinese phone infocus m560 which is never let me down  the main reason why I went with another Chinese phone but I think this is going to be the reason why I'll never buy from China again umi really need to sort this problem as it is there flagship phone it's pointless having all that power and all out RAM when you can't even play a game on Wi-Fi because it keeps dropping out the simple things like making a Skype call basic functions of a phone which we cannot do please can you solve this problem due to the fact that I cannot send this product back for my refund even tho I mentioned it on the day I received it from Gear best now they're just throwing the T's and C's at me now I'm stuck with this phone and I need it to work I much appreciate it thank you
