Hello

I bought my PLUS E on (EFOX-SHOP) 23/11/2016, and i´m still waiting for his arrive.

can you tell me more about the delivery of the PLUS E

It´s a long wait for a phone,
Thinking that I already bought it for more than a month ago.

I think you misunderstood some information. You paid for your device as pre sale but you didn't "buy" (if you are not happy with delivery time you can cancel order depending reseller roles, as pre sale you got better reduce price as always could be some delay) this phone yet. All buyers were informed that starting time of sending devices to reseller will be from 10/12/2016. This what I know there was three days delay. So now reseller start sending new devices to customers depending type of order (express shipping or slow but free) and booking order.

Answering to different posts, you every time say "you can cancel order, and get back your money". In other words: If you dont like, you can go away. THIS IS DISRESPECFULLY.
Yes we all know that we can cancel the deal. Personally I will not.

We never said to customers "go away" but to customers satisfaction we need give some option. We are glad that customers bought umi plus E but we can't do nothing about three days delay and delivery time. Of course we apologise for any inconvenience.

It left 7 days of order processing, and even don `t know what will be sent or not

I iordered it from gearbest on the 2nd of december and it arrived today (in Italy),, shipped the 20.
Timing was more than acceptable.

I just see too much talk and nothing about the phone

you have right i bought the phone on 23/11/2016 (pre sale),

but today (02/01/2017 )I don´t have phone I don´t know where is, and you say it´s a little delay,

it´s amazing How customers are treated

it´s not about the satisfaction of the client, Only money matters
