I don't understand what you expecting. There will be no more android 6.0 software updates .
As I mentioned before you need perform factory reset firstly.
If you want you can go to android 7.0 firmware or you can downgrade software with SPFT.

I've just gone back to TomTop where I purchased the phone, they won't or refuse to honour the 24 month warranty given by Umi?
Is this a scam or what?
Bluetooth does not work, no fix, proven to work with any other Smartphone so why should owners of this so called Smartphone keep suffering with crap Bluetooth connectivity?
Come on Umi, where's the fix for this????
