tx marcinp they say paypal they do not do warranty and its up to the seller to sort the problem out..... and the seller on ebay wont respond to any of my emails ..... and i cant get money back because the phone was working when i got it so i am screwed ...... the lesson is dont buy any electronic stuff if they are not uk shop ......

But did you informed pay pal that reseller won't answer for your emails and there is no contact at all so you can't request for warranty?
