Ok. Figured out myself, that the drilling is not an option. I can try that flux tip later.

And I have nothing to lose if I practice with this one. I won't order new motherboards and I won't buy any Umi products anymore, that's the lesson I've learned...

Registered to post here. Looks like you ripped the pad for the negative connection. The only way to really fix this is to trace the connection. It looks like there are two leads coming up to the two pads (postive and negative). If you can figure out where the negative pad leads to (using a multimeter), you can solder the black wire to the next possible connection (you will probably need to use a wire to extend your current one).

I can not find any UMi Super schematics, so you're on your own as to where to find this connection. It might be under the shield. You've ripped the pad clean off so there's no way you're gonna uncover any copper using a drill or whatever. Flux is also not going to solve it, because there simply isn't anything to solder to.

This might be the last chance to get it done. Flux didn't help, cause like you said, there is not anything where I can solder it to. The connection point may be hard to find, because everything is so damn small.

Take some pictures for me. You'll probably need to remove the shield. I'll help you find the next connection - if you're lucky, one of the connections will lead to a via which you can solder to. You'll need some pretty thin cable for that though, but let's see the pictures first.

You need use magnifier or microscope but as I said this is multilayer board.
I hope you will figured out and fix this.

Everything broken can be fixed. Heck, you could even scrape the mask layer off the negative trace and solder directly to it (this is really hard though, I wouldn't recommend actually trying this). It is pretty fiddly though, so a magnifying glass will help (and a steady hand - avoid caffeine before soldering!).
Off-topic: The edit-line functionality used by this forum is also severely broken - might wanna take a look at that. :p

Here's some photos. I don't know which shields I should try to remove?

You should remove other wire from receiver (speaker)  clean circuit board and make picture of broken place with view of maybe 0.5 - 1 centimetre on each side. Hopefully then some solution will be visible.

Can I get a close-up of this section, under the ribbon-cable?
