Umi done with the phone ? Because lots of things theres needs to be fixed. Like Camera or Gps.  Sometimes i find a purple stain on a picture or video when i used the camera. Example this video and picture :

Another Question.

No not win 10 mobile, i dont exepct right now that is going to made this phone.
So I know, that is normal on this phone, when example, i watch a youtube video like 10 min and the phone is getting too hot.  If i quessing right some pepole find this anoying. So why dont UMI make a backplate that hide the heat ? That is possible ? Because i totaly buyed one if that is came out.  
Abother heat question, I am the only one, after using the gps like 10-30 min, i get the Battery is overheating message ?

I have had it after being away and now reading these posts again!

I have the Touch and it is running fairly well. Camera is still the worst I have ever experienced in many years. Too much compression or something is going on.

But after having my brother and friend moving to the Super on my advice and reading the way we are treated here I have to conclude:
- we get a cheap Phone and a fairly good value for it; which is exactly what we all could expect for the money
- we get no substantial support and only in the early launch months there is some fixing and that will be it
- dare I to mention the sales pitch which was actually the reason for me to buy this Phone for business usage: Windows 10 promise....
- last but not least, I appreciate the basic support which helps every now and then but the smart ... responses and sensorship on this forum are really a turn down, which ...

... made me decide: I will keep using the UMI for now but seeing the loads of issues with the Super as well, I will move to the Oneplus 3 in a couple of months when I can declare Phone expenses. No expensive Iphones or Samsung for me anymore but also no cheap phones like UMI which can not keep you supported. I will find my future phones in the middle price segment.

Dear users,

Already no issues with the GPS and the camera if the hardware of your phone is intact. So, if you have serious issues, I suggest you to contact your reseller for a replacement. An update won't resolve any hardware defections.
The metallic case radiates through the internal heat instead of insulating it. That's a basic attribution of any metallic case device. You can insulate the heat by applying a soft case, for example. You can buy such accessories at many places. Here's an example: http://goo.gl/M0bwIp
If you hard use your phone under direct sunlight while keeping it on charger (typically when driving), the battery may become overheated. Try to avoid to keep your phone under direct sunlight.

The Rootjoy support is still in consideration since it won't be applied at future models. In fact FOTA updates and Rootjoy can't work together. The Rootjoy support is not advetised anymore at the two latest models (Super and London) and the Touch just was announced before the decision about discontinue the Rootjoy support was made but was released after that decision.
Updates are created by needs. Please tell us, what you would expect from a new update.

Hello my friend, that is not true.
I received my phne last week and using it indoors for a few minutes with for example Youtube, the phone gets overheated, so it didn't receive any Sunlight.
The problem with this low budget phones is that it is not tested exaustively before launching it to Production, because this kind of problems should be identified by those tests.

1. do you know a MediaTek SoC based smartphone that has received perfect stagefright and stagefright 2 protection?
2. Have you ever heard about a case when a real device was attacked and data or control was stolen by the stagefright vulnerability?
Extra question: Doesn't it possible, that Zimperium has just made born a hype?
If you step out the street, you instantly get vulnerable to speeding cars, lightnings, impacting meteorites etc. However, to always fear them is a such kind of paranoia.
