Agreed. As I stated in my first post I, personally, don't believe UMI are at fault here, but it wouldn't hurt them to contact these sites and implore them to correct their errors. I have already done so in comment and email form, but I don't know how much attention I will get. However if the manufacturer of the phone they reviewed were to contact them, well I think they might be slightly more inclined to correct themselves and hopefully prevent future misunderstandings.
Indeed having been made aware of these issues it would almost be irresponsible for UMI to do nothing. Unless they are comfortable with their products being misrepresented in the media and having customers buy products under false pretense
