Hello, I bought a Umi contact in the online store of Aliexpress and it came with a broken earpiece the seller referred to the software to tell me how to solve this problem , or you should go to a repair shop
Apparently there´re more and more Umi Touch with the same issues
In my case the seller proposed me to either send the device back to China, and wait for a replacement (round about 24/60 businees days) or let it repair from a local repair shop (it´ll lose warranty, but they will refund the repair costs)
Unfortunately, there's nothing to do with a such hardware defection here. A skilled repairman can replace both the microphone or the earpiece easily (they're very cheap parts) or you may request a replacement from your reseller.
