Is available if you are in v3.02. If you are in v3.01 first you must update via computer. And yes, the version v3.05 has a lot of problems:
-Touch panel works worst than v3.01
-GPS don't work correctly
-Wifi weak
-When you plug the phone to a computer. The primary storage alwais change to the phone (not to sdcard) and don't change it when you unplug the phone.
-Sometime the ring of the alarm change to no sound.
-Radio change the frecuency unexpectedly.
-Camera always interpolate the image (you canot change the photo and video resolution to real 8Mpx)
-Etc...
