It looks like Mediatek MT6753. Basic SoC, especially combined with FullHD display. Slightly older MT6752 would be much better because it's faster.

I just hope it's up to 150mm tall. I'm really hoping for it because based on the first picture it looks like top and bottom bezels are pretty big.

For this kind of money? Forget it. Poll results were clear - people wanted a combination of performance and battery life while X10 is quite power hungry. I still have hopes that it may be the Helio P10 (which is much better than MT6753) but it's very unlikely.

But the MT6753 is not really a monster of power as CPU, in this case is better the redmi 2 with the helio p10 advanced!

Edited by sic22 at 2016-1-19 23:53 \n\nWho said it is a monster? It's not but it's fairly cheap and power efficient. UMI uses it in many products and it's more likely they they're going to use it agein in the $99 UMI Touch.

Of course it doesn't mean I prefer the MT6753. I don't, I'd love to see P10 in the UMI Touch because P10 is simply better.

There's no Redmi with Helio P10.

Hi all,
I hope on back cover will be printed CE marking (and on battery).
