help . my a7 pro loses configuration and restarts without being able to turn on it only reaches the logo and turns off again and I flashed the cel 3 times as suggested here ... it works very well for a couple of days and suddenly loses programming again

hello, have updated to v1.1, but sometimes have the Proximity sensor issue (black screen when in phone call).
tried to factory reset but with no results.
And the system after the update looks a little laggy .
any advice ?

Hi, the A7 Pro 64 GB model has the same problem as the A5 Pro, in order to receive an MMS message, data transmission must be enabled, otherwise the messages do not arrive. In A5 Pro this has been fixed after updating the ROM. In addition, the light sensor dims the display very badly, after dark even the smallest brightness is very high, which worries your eyesight.

Hello GUYS just I have just installed new firmware update from UMIDIGI A7 Pro. Just buy two items my first order in lazada.com.ph recieve a new firmware  update V2.1_2020801 and installed perfectly but then the other one which I purchase recently was not been installed it says ERROR. curenlty firmware version is V2.1_ 20200702

The method of updating is strange, to say the least. The update is out, but the site is not yet. It should be the other way around, or at the same time.

Hi' Marian_M do you same issue with UMIDIGI A7 ProFirmware Update V2.1_20200801?

I have been looking in google about this Firmware Update but no release date can't find this UPDATE through google though it is already available.

My issue is have just installed this new firmware perfectly in my first purchase A7 Pro but then when I try to update and install it to my second Purchase it was an ERROR.

Any one here with same experience?

Version EEA_V2.1_20200801 _... is not published on this site yet. It always takes some time. I don't know why the other phone can't be updated. Check the ROM version of the other phone. The EEA and Global versions cannot be combined. Try to wait again, because there was also an error in Update in version EEA_V1.1_20200702 _.... Then the version UMIDIGI_A7_PRO_EEA_V1.1_20200704 was released.
Most importantly, check the ROM version. Each update is tied to a previous version.

Olyan kérdésem lenne, a készülék gyroskopja, csak nekem ugrál eszveszejtően rosszul ha panoráma képet szeretnék csinálni, vagy épp használnám valamire azon funkcióját? Más találkozott ezzel a hibával? Illetve kinek mennyit bir az akkuja? elméletileg 5 óra kijelzőidőt ki tudok hozni belőle, de reggel este toltőn van. Kicsit gyorsnak tünik a merülés alapállapotban is.
