Cannot update with last firmware

Offered another update today but sticks on re-booting.
Solved by following the instructions on Wireless Update screen to go to:

How to wireless update your phone if you are currently on version 20190819 and the update process gets stuck at rebooting.
It worked fine.

Anyone know if you can downgrade rom without erase?

I can tell you I have seen a few issues downgrading. The biggest issue is the preloader. Once you update to 2019090319 the preloader is different then every other version. So to actually get past ROMS to take, you must replace their preloader with preloader_g38v71c2k_kw_f1_play.bin from the 2019090319_g38v71c2k_kw_f1_play ROM file. You just point to it in SP tols. You may also need to change from download mode to firmeware mode. The difference with the bootloader seems that every other rom till this newest one had a bootloader of 244k , this latest is 265k.  The other problem I seem to be having is that the camera app no longer is able to switch to the front camera. I will report more about some of the issues I have run into. But I am not sure I would go to the newest ROM as I just got this phone a month ago and have wasted so much time trying to fix the issues trying to  downgrade and fix the camera.

Anyway, as downgrading with ease, yes, you can, AS LONG AS YOU either do not flash the newest preloader or if you do, make sure to include the preloader from 2019090319 in any of the older ROM flashes.
