Hi,
Did you try to flash your phone with sp flash tool in firmware upgrade mode? I can't reproduce your issue but possibly a background running user app (installed by you) occupies the fingerprint scanner.

What about double tap on/off? Also the camera app needs a lot of improvements. Such as raw support, global view (I know it has panorama), video slow motion and so on. Why it's security patch is for May? Can you answer these questions? I think these are the main questions...

No, I flashed an old version and then waited for OTA updates.

You think something i installed is blocking it? I will look at this, thank you for replying.

I have been working on this all day and finally.

Go to settings -> Fingerprint. Delete all fingerprints.
Back to Settings.
Re-enter Fingerprint, setup new fingerprints.

My banking and password apps work.
So I rooted and Magisk works as well.

Hope this helps if anyone has same problems

I have same issue now on F1.. Same bug has  S3pro for long time.. And now they use same bug now for F1.. You have to delete all fingerprints and create new, then all app with fingerprints will work.
I have problem with latest update because  I can't use smart banking now ..

Same problem with fingerprint and not just for bank apps, I have it with original lock.

No, I did delete and it worked at the beginning, but after a few hours, I got same error
