Reply from UmiDigi on Facebook page about bugs etc.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. A new software update for UMIDIGI F1 will be released next week. Please be a bit more patient. Thank you!

It's good to hear it. I am a F1 Play owner and I hope to get the upgrade too.
BUT it also concern's me a lot, cause they usually break stuffs that were working on previous versions.
I will wait few days before install the update. Hopefully people will not report problems.

It seems the best way to bring problems to their attention is to comment on their social networks. It's quite sad that they don't even pay attention to their own support forums.

I totally agree. This is my 5th Umidigi phone and actually.....the worst in regards to issues. Phone ...

I'm having an issue with proximity sensor as well and it seems that I cannot calibrate it with the Umidigi software. What app did you use to calibrate the proximity sensor? For now, I installed the Proximity Service from Google Play that fixed the issue with the proximity sensor.

Based on my conversation with Umidigi rep on Amazon, the low call volume affects ALL F1's because of the earpiece design. The people saying it's not low probably are using speaker or BT headsets.

Same thing they told me, but if it's a design problem, they should figure a way to increase the volume by software or recall the products, because a phone it's meant to be useful to talk. I had to change the way I hold the phone and after many years using cellphones it's really weird having to change that

Please, write here the link to report bugs...

I reported bugs twice as per Umidigi's instructions, not even an acknowledgment.
