Hello!
I have buy this phone from you the official store in Pandao. So this has the defect: not working the speaker when i making the call. I dont hear my the interlocutor. The restart of the phone not help. The external speaker and the headphones is work. So what can you do with this problem? Your dont chek the phone before the shipment??? i want your come back me my money what i spend. Beaucouze the phone don't work well.

I found that to hear call louder, I just need to hold phone lower as speaker hole was on top of phone and needs to be below my ear to work well.

Only other issue I've had with this phone was no cellular data.  The fix I found was to manually enter the Access Point Name under mobile network -advanced.

Hi, I don't want to disparage this phone, but I am unhappy with it. The physical phone is great, quick and nice screen. What I don't like is the invasive Google apps which grab control over it. I spent quite a few hours trying to disable google assistant, and I usually endup with a phone that won't connect unless I do a factory reset to reinstall all the Google "features". I looked into gaining root, and the instructions are abysmal, usually resulting in Google just reinstalling the default system. I wish there was a frre android OS that I could install like Nitrogen. I'm just saying this in case other people think that this is an easy phone to root, it's not. It would be nice if they shipped a rooted version. For now, this phone goes into my junk box, maybe I can give it away as a gift. :-(
