I recently purchased the F1 Play which only came with an EU charger but I live in the United States. The charger cannot be used here unless an adapter is purchased which extends the length of the charger. The FCC approval documents show a US version I would like to purchase. Please advise where I can get a US Umidigi charger for my phone. Thank you for your help.

I bought one F1 play one year ago. The phone never worked properly and, I suppose, literally exploded on its way back to China. The brand is not popular here in France. Umidigi won't refund me because they did not get the phone back... I don't know if I can trust that brand ...

I have problem with update my F1play. When the update starts it downloads the update and restarts the phone after that the error pops up and that is it.

Hello,  I bought from Aliexpres Umidigi F1 Play, I am very dissatisfied with this android. I can't surf the internet Google and I can't surf Waze -Gps. I changed the new Sim, I went with him to 10 repair labs and no one knows what the problem is. I went to the internet company where they belong, they still couldn't solve the problem. Please help me and guide me what to do to navigate Google and WAZE. Maybe the android is defective! Thank you

Hello, at night, I could power off my F1 Play and it would power on in the morning before the alarm clock rings. I had to do a factory reset, and now, it does not power on in the morning anymore. Any idea how to make it power on again so the alarm can ring ?
