You can see the numbers of the winner entries and the user names stand for them. The software randomly drew entries, not users. If you had 700 entries but there were 1-million entries to draw from, then there were still other 999,300 entries to draw from, just five times. Your chance was just ≈1:1429 to win.
"Points" don't matter in this scenario because it's like buying chances in a raffle. If I buy one raffle ticket and you buy a dozen and other also buy - my one ticket still has a chance of being drawn. It is however interesting that the selected winners were higher numbers - I mean it doesn't seem to be a number below 100K chosen.
Of course if you were to run a random number generator to generate a number from 1 to 1.3 million and do that 5 times you may also end up with similar results.
They are entries for a chance to win. So yes you can argue you had more "chances" than someone else but the fact is any ONE entry can win. I myself had 742 entries total but there were over 1.3 million entries and only 5 were going to be chosen. You join the giveaway hoping to win, not expecting to win, you do the activities to increase your entries but there is no guarantee that your additional entries are going to be the entry # chosen as a winner.

If they helped the one that need help with problems with their phones.
Noone cares, but there are many anonyms that share their knowledge for nothing!
I suggest Umidigi to choose aleatory 5 members, for example at the end of the year
and give them an Umidigi Phone.

But then who decides which 5 members to award the phones to? You'll still have those that feel like they got "cheated" or treated unfairly. Also the way Umidigi is doing it, it is more for Marketing to get the brand name out to more people via Social Media sites.
I am active on another forum where you earn "points" by being active and can use those points to enter raffles and they occasionally raffle off one of their phones. Umidigi creates a post here in the community for members to participate in their giveaways but doesn't seem to do anything that appears to be a "community exclusive" giveaway - although I am still new here so maybe they have in the past?
