The camera crashes immediately if you try to start video recording in any app. Then you have to reboot your phone.

FireBase messaging - It's FCM in abbreviation, not FB. Sorry but I don't know about that. I guess you can set it up afterwards.

It's a ported TWRP that doesn't work perfectly. You can't access the data partition without formatting it, so just don't try to unlock it, and you won't be asked to enter a password. Install this ROM only if you don't need to backup your data.

Thanks! been hoping for a lineage os version for my umidigi s2 lite for ages and this works near perfectly other then the already mentioned video issue(which is a bit annoying but nothing killer for me). couple of questions though, do we have any way of seeing progress of updates etc? how often is this going to be updated? any ETA of when then video bug will be fixed? also do you know when lineage os 15.1 for the s2 lite will be in beta?

as with the 4 official roms, all installed cleanly with SP flash tool in firmware update mode, but it does not work for me, it's still the same.
This official rom is very unstable. Or is the mobile that is not incompatible 100% with the rom
or is it not very good.

Sometimes, the flashlight also stops working and, with that, the camera does not work either, it shows a black screen and only the following options. You must restart to work again.
Also when the reboots or a block of seconds passes, the desktop background is restored, use only the smartphone, but the 1st default is set.
You can not describe when it happens, because it's when you least expect it. But once you've restarted the smartphone after Flash tool, and start little by little, it's already going badly, there's no need to install any apps

I like the phone, but I was disappointed.
I'm desperate, I do not know what to do anymore.

If with Android 8.1 it is not solved, it will end up going to the trash and it's a shame.

If you've really gotten over those flashing and testing processes that you mentioned, then unfortunately you might have a shoddy or badly soldered flash chip in your phone. We are sorry for your inconvenience, and I highly recommend you to contact your seller and request a replacement. Don't wait for the next update.
Optionally first your can try to use a different computer and USB cable for flashing your phone.

With the lineage rom, I did not care since I was restarted, I preferred that, I like more for options that the official does not have, only that it gives me more problems with the apps that stop working very continuously.

Any app that diagnoses the hardware and software to see if I get something clear
I think that the reboots are caused by the blocks as happens with other devices.

You can run the MTKlogger in EngineerMode but first please try to test your phone after flashing it in firmware upgrade mode and installing only some basic apps. Unfortunately it still seems to be a hardware defection, even if that happened to other users too.
