@Antapo: What do you mean by that?
Flashing the device did not fix the camera problem. Also rebooting does not fix it.

And one more bug:

The background of the phone that I set (one of the provided system backgrounds), resets itself every now and then to the default background (the background picture it has when first starting the phone).
This happend before I newly flashed the device with the latest ROM and also AFTER I flashed the phone.

Umidigi Admin please support here.

@Piet: sorry, I just did a wireless update 20180402, and the phone is rebooting few times per day, quite annoying.
I thought you also had same problem. If this was the case, didnyou solve it after flashing?

Hi Antapo,

yes thats exactly the problem I had/have.
After flashing this problem did not yet happen again.
BUT last time this also first started after about one week.
So I am testing the phone now for 2 days after new flashing. If the problem does not occur again within the next week I am happy.
I will keep you updated.

Are you also experiencing the other problems that I described in this thread (camera problem and phone background resets automatically)?

@piet:
For background reset, I never saw it, neither before or after.
for the scene detection, I cannot reproduce. If I experience a similar one I will let you know.
This thing with the reboot is really annoying, I am thinking already to bury umidigi, I am also not familiar with flashing devices, even if process is easy.

Hi Antapo,

yes thats exactly the problem I had/have.

Now I can see about which problem you talking (auto scene mode in only camera settings) but you can adjust settings in camera general settings and scene mode will stay activated what you set.
Definitely apps at background staying untouched.

@marcin: is 100% sure that the reboot problematic (it happens 2 or 3 times per day, like random) will be solved by flashing the terminal ? I don't want to do unnecessary flashing.
That is!

Hi MarcinP,

what exactly to you mean with "in camera general settings"?
The only settings for the camera that I know are when opening the camera app the little settings symbol in the upper right corner.
thats what I understand as the camera settings. And thats also what i described in the steps to reproduce in an earlier post.
Please guide me if you know some other possibility to set camera settings.

Thanks.

Flashing full ROM with firmware upgrade option will fix self reboots.
