Same for me , and a lot of issues with the face ID unlock aswell , it works just the first week and  ...

With the face ID I suspecting that you updated your phone. After latest update you need delete all face ID and take new samples. This is very important.

Anyone here expirience you can not receive message notifications on other apps example viber messenger. unless you open the app then you can see you have a new message or missed called.

Yes, but there is workaround.
Settings->Permission management->App startup management and allow apps you want notifications to start.

When I receive a message (SMS) and I answer it, I have a duplicate !
For example, I receive a Nico's message (it's posted Nico), I answer, and the phone create a new message to answer Nico's message (and it's posted +33645268479)
So finally, I have the reception on Nico, and the answers on +33645268479.
2 messages for the same person !!!
Am I the one ?
