I have a problem with the microphone. I do not hear the other person talking when I answer the phone. the sound is very faint. Can adjust ear microphone to high volume sound.? This happened about 3 weeks ago. Impossible to hear the person talking

Is there administrator out there to clean up all this spam? What can one do about applying to be a moderator. I so love my phone but the lack of real community and no where other then XDA for us UMIDIGI owners to go, would really like to see this place cleaned up and monitored.
