I can't test phone with you language.
For low volume we didn't experience such issues but you can increase volume in engineering mode. Open calling dialler and type in *#*#3646633#*#* then go to hardware testing - audio - volume

Charging problem is not existing in our devices.
Please check USB cable and port.

1. I did restore factory setting...
2. replaced the charger and cable...
3. turned off the phone when charging...
4. turned ON the phone when charging...
5. I try all I can and know...
** The phone does not charge well - it needs a long time to charge!
** more than 10 hours - for 40% !!! and it stops at 85 or less !!

Could you test your phone+cable+charger with usb tester? (you can buy it on various shop)

This S2 phone uses Pump Expres charging - original S2 charger supports PE.
I tried other chargers (also with QC) but all other chargers charging with 5-5.2V (PE charger 12V/1A)

I had same problem with charging - USB-C power plug does not fit properly if you have plastic back cover on the phone - yes, charging is on, but not with full "speed".

Thank - I used original charger and another charger... same problem!* also charging without cover !! not help!!

I think it problem in battery - where I can buy a new battery?

Battery is not available yet.
I don't believe that the battery can cause such issues. Of course I can't diagnose your device remotely.
But to test battery and battery charging you can install 3c battery widget and monitor battery voltage at charging and at discharging.
I still suspecting poor contact somewhere. Could be between battery and motherboard or between motherboard and USB circuit board.

install 3c battery...... and see there is a problem when it charge - not charging good!

Because you not providing any needed information about charging and battery health (screenshots, video etc) i can't diagnose your device remotely. Unfortunately you need talk to seller and return device for inspection.
As I said you should test with any difference standard charger 5V, 1 or 2 A.
Swap USB cable, maybe test your USB cable in different device.
Also provide screenshots from charging history from 3c battery widget.

Are you trying tell me that your phone not showing miss calls in calling app???
But have you stored there incoming and outgoing calls history???

we are talking about volume speaker when I have call - I can't hear another side good!!
