I do not understand the term "manual" restoration of IMEI
I use this tutorial <http://community.umidigi.com/thread-1375-1-1.html> and at the end there is FAIL
Please be able to enumerate the steps you have used to solve your IMEI problem.

Before I posted I did not have an IMEI on my S2
I read your advice that you give with "fede451" and I followed.
1- With SPFT - "Format > Format whole flash"
2- With SPFT - "Download > Download Only Preloader partition"
After
3- With SPFT - "Download >Download other partition"
4- I followed to the letter the tutorial http://community.umidigi.com/thread-1375-1-1.html
Result: both IMEI returned
But when I put both SIM (SIM1 & SIM2), only the SIM that is selected for the Mobile Data works (very unstable: I can use Internet and SMS but I can not make and receive calls or consult the USSD) and the other SIM does not work even when I switch the slots.

Use only one sim card in slot 1, then in slot 2. Always switch off phone while swapping sim slots. Every time check your IMEI numbers, network settings etc. If slot 2 still not work, then probably you have hardware fault. On last stage I still would try format and start everything from scratch. Then you need disassemble your phone, check for loose contacts and disconnect battery for some time.

I only want to understand the solution you propose to me and not denigrate what you propose to me. Before doing in what we have ever done it is not bad to inquire. Sorry for the translation I am not English.
